Maintain strong customer relationships, providing an outstanding shopping experience.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
Fluent English (essential); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
