Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative with French.
Responsibilities Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.
Manage customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.
Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and increase sales.

Well organised, reliable, and thorough.
Benefits What we offer 38.5 hours/week from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00.
Temporary contract of 2 months.
This is a hybrid job, so living in the Barcelona area is a requirement.
Salary: 18,223€ gross/year.
