Position: Fashion Customer Service Representative (Czech)Location: Teleperformance Spain
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.Manage customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, enhancing customer satisfaction, engagement, and increasing sales.Key Competencies:
