Your role:Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Understand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to it.Escalate potential service issues to the proper department.Follow all the processes and procedures established to the brand.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Provide cover for other representatives in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.Liaise with the Team manager/ Mentors on specific projects where requested.Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness, delays, and overtime.Attend regular Team Meetings.Work on additional tasks required by Team manager or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products. Hours and Benefits:39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00Salary for 39 hours: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.200 Euros gross/yearOngoing trainingStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked) Requirements:Native French plus advanced SpanishGood disposition to work in a customer service environment, as well as teamwork skills.Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution.Initiative and availability to receive training and adaptation skills.Proven expertise in client services regarding fashion or boutique experience.Interest and passion for fashion as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trends.Proven expertise in E-commerce client service (after purchase).
