.Fashion Communications AdministratorPurpose of role:The Fashion Communications Administrator is a key member of the Global Fashion Communications PR team. This role will be responsible for the co-ordination of the press office and showroom; focusing on the management of samples, image databases, press requests and influencer activations. It will support Primark's Iberian market: both Spain and Portugal. Working closely across offices with Fashion Communications Coordinators and Fashion Communications Officers; this role will ensure the day-to-day elements of the Fashion Comms office are working efficiently and effectively. With a strong interest in the influencer space and awareness of current fashion trends, the Fashion Communications Administrator will demonstrate a creative yet commercial flair and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This role will also work closely with internal departments and across Brand, Retail and Buying Office teams to ensure that operations run smoothly.Location: Madrid Regional OfficeDuration: TemporaryKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the online image banks regularly and update the wider team.Research necessary collateral for press events proposals and seasonal trend activations.Write all types of effective PR materials including drafting press releases, social media plans, event running orders, briefing documents.Be highly proficient at pitching to online press, print and influencers.Compile fashion and news alerts for global markets and keep an updated calendar of comms in line with wider brand comms marketing calendar.Support on the implementation of PR strategies in line with global marketing calendar and Primark brand.Managing of media and influencer gifting, seeding and production of goody bags for media and events.Manage the day to day PR samples to media, influencers and external agencies.Ensure samples are recorded, monitored, and stored appropriately and returned in a timely and organised manner if required.Managing and filing of press folders and reference material, archiving press clippings and tracking all brand coverage received daily through Unicepta and our own influencer monitoring system, Wearisma.Assistance with ad-hoc day-to-day press activity, press events, in-store events, influencer activations.Strong knowledge of 360 influencer marketing campaigns, agencies and how paid activations work.Attend relevant team meetings to review progress and identify future objectives for yourself and the department.Maintain a strong knowledge of the ever-changing social media landscape including Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and other emerging tools.Support creating content for our own IG Account: primarkpr.Es - working with senior team members to ensure content is created with a Primark look and feel.Responsible for upkeep of press office - keeping it new and fresh with key product and working with Primark HQ to ensure this
