We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team in either Irvine, CA, or Corona, CA. Key Responsibilities Independently manage and litigate family law cases from start to finish, including custody, visitation, support, protective orders, divorce, domestic violence, and paternity cases.
Conduct research on complex family law issues to develop case strategies.
Prepare and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Attend and participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, demonstrating both legal expertise and compassion.
Provide guidance and support to other attorneys on more complex family law cases.
Track and manage billable hours while ensuring all case management and client service standards are met.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ethical standards in all client and case interactions.
Skills and Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with court proceedings and litigation in family law cases.
Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) or eligibility is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients of various backgrounds.
