Factory Master Plan Technician
What you will do
Daily review and follow up of works and refurbishments for new constructions and building facilities.
Assist section manager for the calculation and preparation of needed data.
Be aware of future factory expansion plans and propose countermeasure actions.
Draw and prepare plans of general installations of the company.
Assist Factory Master Plan manager in processing documentation and presentations necessary for future plans.
Preparation and updating of company facilities and layout drawings.
Assist FMP section manager by preparing future layout drawings.
Assist in data calculation for proposing future improvements in the factory area.
Request for offers and prepare comparisons for execution of works and plant modifications.
Assist in CAR's documentation preparation.
Negotiate with suppliers and builders for costs of modifying facilities.
Interpret sales and growth data to propose corrective actions.
Maintain continuous relationships with other departments for coordinated work.
Assist FMP manager in preparing staff comfort improvement plans.
Compile previous studies and calculations using clear PowerPoint presentations.
Ensure auxiliary areas are well dimensioned for current and future needs.
Report and promote resolution of installation points that do not meet requirements.
Declare the need for additional infrastructures for future projects.
Be aware of departmental budget limitations and prevent deviations.
Prepare documentation for removal of inventory of fixed assets.
Set an example by making good use of company resources.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Report monthly summaries of work carried out and planned activities.
Daily control of building and refurbishment activities by external subcontractors.
What we are looking for
Engineering school or equivalent learnings.
Valuable formation in VSM.
3 years' experience as Production section manager/manager.
English level.
Apply Safety Culture & Environmental Policy.
Communication ability.
