As part of our services we are maintaining our properties to the highest standards and providing exceptional service to our co-owners. We are fast growing and therefore, we need a diligent and skilled Facility Manager to join our team immediately.Job Summary: The right candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks across Five2one's service portfolio, and the ideal candidate will conduct minor repairs in properties and ensure the properties are in optimal condition at all times. Furthermore, the candidate will also be responsible for managing the procurement process when our properties are taken over, including entering contracts with water and electricity companies and purchasing furniture.This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities: Perform daily to weekly inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in good condition.Complete small maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing leaks, fixing electrical issues, painting, and other general repairs.Monitor and report any major maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Office Manager.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair work when necessary.Coordinate with external suppliers, including water and electricity companies and furniture companies.Communicate with the cleaning staff and the Office Manager to ensure smooth transitions between stays.Conduct inventories and supply replacements (broken decor, furniture, etc.).Qualifications: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Any other language is a plus).Valid driver's license and own car.Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish.Strong customer relationship capabilities.What We Offer: Competitive salarySupportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible working hours with some weekend availability required.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
