Your goal will be to quickly adapt the operation of each darkstore, co-managing the assortment and pricing and to be a hero leader to your team.
Be a part of a team where you will: Foster a professional working environment.Work under pressure, prioritizing and solving problems quickly and efficiently.Undertake building and grounds maintenance.Manage cleaning companies to ensure that the MFC is in perfect condition.Manage air conditioning maintenance providers and cold rooms.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage waste disposal systems.Ensure a constant security presence.Implement IT systems and services for the Operations Team.Review and approve the works in the MFC.Analyze and control your own vehicles.Ensure uniforms and equipment for couriers and pickers.Manage the relationship with neighbors.Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference. You have: 3+ years in facilities management.Project management and good organizational skills.Multitasking ability.Excellent written and verbal communication.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Good time management.Fluent English level.Availability to travel within Spain.An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
