The Facilities Technical Specialist Iberia will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of all facilities and the hard services. Under the supervision of the Facilities Technical Manager, he/she will manage all resources, services, and processes to meet all the company's needs.Key AccountabilitiesMission / Purpose:Supervise the maintenance, tasks, and technical processes of the facilities (offices, technical services centers, and warehouses).Supervise the maintenance plan and all the suppliers agreements.Coordinate the external technical staff operations with the external supervisor.Supervise the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Fire Protection system, LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage), and all the rest hard services of the facilities: offices, technical services centers, and warehouses.Ensure the correct supply (electricity, water, gas) of the installations so as not to alter the daily operations of the company.Provide solutions to technical incidents that arise daily.Identify technical improvements in the facilities for greater energy efficiency.Draft technical reports for future recommendations and improvements.Supervise the technical documentation of all Iberia centers.Ensure the correct operation of the company's CMMS system.Supervise the inventory of all assets in each of the centers.Prepare all necessary documentation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.Manage and control the documentation in digital management software.Networking/Key RelationshipsTo be determined based on department needs.Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:Education: Studies in engineering or technical fields.Experience: Experience working with internal and external vendors and services contracting. At least 3 years' experience in building services required.Additional Skills/Knowledge:Ability to coordinate and manage multiple facilities.At least basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) including the ability to manipulate data and build presentations. Also ability with GMAO's and CAD.Language: Specific to country and role's needs.
