The Facilities & Soft Services Manager Iberia will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of all facilities and site services. Under the supervision of the Facilities & Services Manager, he/she will manage all resources, services, and processes to meet all the company's needs.
Key AccountabilitiesMision / Purpose
Leadership of the facilities services (soft services area)Coordinate and supervise the site services, tasks, and technical processes of the soft services of the facilitiesDefine, proceed, lead and supervise all the services: cleaning, canteen, vending, reception, pest control,… and all the rest site services of the facilities (offices, technical services centers and warehouses).Provide solutions to technical incidents that arise daily (in soft services area).Identify improvements in the facilities.Manage and execute projects under internally defined objectives.Lead and defend soft services audits. Prepare all necessary documentation for ISO9.001 and ISO14.001Redefine and update proceduresSearch for possible suppliers in the market with the objective of optimizing costs.Approval of suppliers for both the services and projects.To make services contracts with suppliers.Define KPIs with suppliers for the correct operation of the facilities.Supervise the annual compliance (supplier evaluation) of the conditions of the services contracts as agreed.Supervise the technical documentation of services in all Iberia centers.Ensure the correct operation of the company's CMMS system or similar.Export the headquarters' standardsNetworking/Key relationshipsTo be determined based on department needs.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:Education:Postgraduate in Facility Management
Experience:Experience working with internal and external vendors and services contracting.
At least 5 years' experience in building services required.
Experience with the security and maintenance of large facilities.
Additional Skills/Knowledge:Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines and project plans with short- and long-term end dates.Knowledge of and the ability to manage the workflow of facility services projects, from identification, to prioritization, through execution, and evaluation.At least basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including the ability to manipulate data and build presentations.Language: Specific to country and role's needs.
