This is a great opportunity to be part of a 5-star Resort in Sotogrande and develop your skills.Providing friendly, sincere, and personalized service is one of the ways our colleagues turn moments into memories for our guests at SO/ Sotogrande.We are looking for an intern to assist in our Service department (F&B Service), performing service-related tasks and daily activities.Minimum requirementsDriver's license.Training related to the position.Possibility to establish an agreement with your school or university.English Advanced.Knowledge of Spanish will be positively valued.Responsible, proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to work in a team.Great attention to details.What will you do?Support in the qualified, autonomous, and responsible execution of food and beverage service and sales, from order-taking to delivery.Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service to restaurant customers.Serve drinks, light meals, and snacks to customers seated at bar or cocktail tables.Support in setting up, serving, and dismantling furniture and other items for buffets and events.Properly prepare both the "mise en place" and polished cutlery, glasses, and everything necessary for service.Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment, following safety and health regulations.What do we offer you?Shared accommodation with other students.Possibility of dining in the employee cafeteria during working days.Financial aid for studies: 500€/month.Student development plan.Employee parking.
