F&B Service Trainee

Scope of the positionThe student will join the Food and Beverage team, experiencing different position responsibilities and rotating through the resort outlets. The intern will be trained in Micros, Opera for F&B, and LHW's standards. The intern will be part of a 5-star hotel international team and will acquire professional abilities in cocktail and mixology, sommelier, and restaurant hostess.Duties and responsibilitiesAssist guests at our restaurants.Assist the Supervisor with any tasks required according to the service level.Provide 5-star service according to the outlet in which the intern is working.Prepare tables, buffet, restaurant, and outlets.Carry out daily tasks as a waiter and supervisor.Rotate through different outlets.Answer the phone for Room Service and guests' requests.Follow the indications of the supervisors and HoDs.RequirementsFluent in English and another European language; intermediate level of Spanish.Great communicative abilities.Independent worker.Able to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.Flexibility.Proactive and passionate about guest service.No previous experience required.Candidate must be eligible for obtaining a Spanish Visa – NIE to perform the working agreement.What do we offer?Accommodation in a shared room with other trainees.Pocket money of 300€/month.A meal per working shift.Uniform.Benefits in the use of our facilities and discounts in our outlets.CONTACT USEmail to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
