Program: Hospitality & Business Internship ? Duration: 6 months ? Intake: September - November 2024 F&B SERVICE & BAR OPERATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES ? Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items ? Take food or drink orders from customers ? Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room ? Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters ? Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers ? Learning and practicing proper drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes ? Assisting in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies ? Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware ? Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient service ?
