The F&B Operations Assistant will report to the Spain Food and Beverage Manager.
The mission is to help achieve optimum F&B performance for existing and new restaurants.

Your mission: LogisticSupport for the logistic flow from Italy and France to SpainSupport for timely and full deliveries in respect of the restaurants needsManagement of stocks, orders and contribute to avoid stock breakagesEffective and efficient solutions for any logistic issuesHelp setting up logistic organization for new restaurant openingsProcurementSupport of the restaurants' day-to-day purchasing needsManagement of local suppliers relationship with the restaurants and the teams100% accuracy of pricelist / supplier dataManagement of non-food (crockery, cutlery, glassware, maintenance) procurement and stock managementSupport in sourcing and negotiations with suppliersEnsuring availability of all necessary products, food and non-foodSupport in sourcing for new restaurant openingsContribute to the respect of the F&B objectives, as well as BCORP and sustainability goalsMenu engineering & F&B costsAssuring the respect of processes: validation of receipts, use of proper documents and systems, ordering, recipes, inventoriesSupport the restaurants in the menu changes processesSupport in the analysis of the performance and development of improvement plansInventory support: assuring quality of data (opening and closing balances)Contribute to the respect of the F&B objectives: assuring the correct processes in the calculation and analysis of F&B Costs performanceDevelop and deploy plans to improve the F&B Costs performance of the restaurantsJoin us if: Bachelor's/equivalent or mid-master degree in Business, F&B Management or Hospitality ManagementPassion for and understanding of the food and beverage industryAnalytical thinking, understanding of finance, proficient Excel skillsPractical mind with strong interest in operationsAbility to work within a team in the companyFluent Spanish and English, Italian/French are a plusOur offer: Permanent Contract, 40H/weekStarting date: January 2025Ti aspettiamo!
