The F&B Leader will be responsible for the F&B Department's strategic initiatives for business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Ensure the F&B department operates smoothly, meeting property and company standards. 2. Maximize guest satisfaction with a proactive, positive approach to inquiries and problem resolution. 3. Manage team development, promoting growth, performance, and company values. 4. Manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory to meet productivity targets. 5. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Implement programs to improve service standards, profitability, and cost control, considering environmental concerns. 7. Ensure compliance with legislation, planning and documenting due diligence activities for audits.
