Subcontract Coordinator - Data Centre Project Portfolio Location: Madrid, Spain

The work is complex, and the team works hard to deliver through solid partnerships with local engineering resources and design experts.
The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subcontractor Coordinator to join the team on a large-scale data centre development project in Madrid.
The main purpose of the role is to supervise all subcontractors involved in the construction of the project and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and within the allocated budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all subcontractors on the project, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all subcontractors and suppliers.Collaborating with the project management team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within the allocated budget.Supervising and monitoring subcontractor schedules and progress to ensure that the project remains on track.Providing regular progress reports to the project management team and stakeholders.Ensuring that all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.Managing subcontractor performance, providing feedback, and resolving any issues that arise.Developing and implementing subcontractor management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost.Your Profile:To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with expertise in working on complex industrial building projects (ranging from 50-100M€) with tight deadlines and high technical value.
You should have a degree in engineering, construction management, or similar, and hold strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Your interpersonal skills, adaptability, negotiating capabilities, and meticulousness will help you succeed in this role and grow within the company.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with additional language capabilities always viewed as highly beneficial.
