SERVICES TO COMPANIESFUNCTIONSFor our growing Business, we are looking for a Global Digital Recruiter fluent in French, in charge of managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Based whether in Madrid or in Barcelona or remote, your main responsibilities are:
Manage all key phases of the recruitment process on a very autonomous base (from conducting in-depth briefing meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, designing the search strategy to final phases of a position closing).Attract active and inactive candidates through various methods: LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social media and actively pipeline top talent.Manage candidates using our unique technological tools.Conducting phone and video recorded interviews according to job requirements.Presenting short-listed candidates to hiring managers.Build a strong relationship, partnering with the project manager and the client.Achieve successful KPIs for the recruitment processes.Lead all projects in regard to the attraction and inclusion of diverse profiles.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology, HR etc.At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, digital recruitment or HR. More experienced profiles, ideally in one or several specific sectors, are very welcome.Interest in the area of recruitment and/or HR Projects, mainly through cutting-edge technology.Business skills, ability to understand business needs through specific profiles.Skills in assessment and/or coaching would be a plus.Fluency in French, good level of Spanish and at least one more European language (English, German, Portuguese or Italian would be a plus).Comfortable with new technologies, Google Suite, digital searching tool.Dynamic and proactive, results-focused, collaborative.Fast learner and continuous learning attitude, high capacity to work autonomously.
