Roles and Responsibilities Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow. Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives. Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing, industry benchmark sales team. Manage underperformance effectively and appropriately. Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and critical issues. Expansion of the direct sales, DSO/chains, insurance and DTC market. Attend trade shows, both local and international. Feedback to the senior management team on market trends. KOL development and working with the team to generate and drive educational events. Essential Qualifications Proven success/sales executive track record of sales achievements and managing high performing teams. A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach, and how to instill this approach in your team. A background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable. A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales management level role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team & co-workers. Proven ability to drive and maintain commercial excellence. A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology. The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers. Solid understanding of the DSO & insurance structure and approach would be highly desirable. Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English.
