The RoleThis will be a 'horizontal' role working across the four main Marketing teams - Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing.
The Role ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis: Conduct thorough market and customer research to understand target audiences, their needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze competitors' ad and landing page content and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.Content Creation and Strategy: In conjunction with other Marketing Team members and the Content Team Lead, develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and brand voice.Optimization and Testing: Work with the Content Team SEO specialist to optimize for conversion/click-through rates of the content/snippets in search engine results pages, improving visibility and organic CTR. Regularly test and optimize copy for clarity, engagement, and conversion rates, using A/B testing and other metrics.Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of written content & ads, using analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports on ad and conversion content performance and suggest improvements or new strategies based on data insights.Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
