Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative by delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.
Responsibilities: Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leadsAssess company potential using provided guidelines and online toolsConduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisitionDeliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly targetMake outbound customer calls to promote and sell the loyalty cardCreate, maintain and update database of customers with complete informationConsolidate existing customer base while building new customer baseEnsure customer follow-up all the timeHandle customer needs and requirements Qualifications: Spoken and written communication in English and SpanishListening and understanding capacityHigh commercial capacity / Digital capabilitiesEmpathy (Understanding others)Customer focusProblem solvingIntegrity and trustConflict management Work Schedule:
- 38.5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 4pm to 12am
- 6 month contract (renewable)
- Salary: 18,500€ gross per year + nighttime bonus + internal variable
