Job Description Are you passionate about technology and cars? If so, Bosch Service Solutions is the place for you. Here, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading global motor company, assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment. You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.
In this role, you will utilize your language skills in French to provide outstanding customer service and support.
Requisitos C2 or full professional level of Norwegian. C1 or full fluency in English. Training is in English. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to follow phone etiquette and use of formal and polite language. Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of following standards and procedures. Advanced user of MS Office. Able to handle stressful situations. Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and hunger to learn more. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Monday to Friday. 39 hours week / Rotating schedule/ 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00. ETT - 6-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position.
