Overall Job PurposeLeadership on Pricing and Reimbursement activities for all portfolio, to ensure that Pricing & Reimbursement targets are delivered on time according to pricing strategy framework.
Key FunctionsDevelop strategies that address national payor needs that will enable the success of our brands according to global Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA) strategy, including pricing scenarios.Collaborate in the process of getting Price and Reimbursement (P&R) with the Minister of Health.Understand valid and critical insights about customers as well as the external environment/market in which payer seek to achieve their goals, and deploy those insights into Lilly New Products and New Indications pricing strategy.Point of contact for communication with cross-functional brand teams: ensure alignment between PRA strategies vs strategies from other functions.Integration into local Brand Team with active leadership during pricing negotiation process with Minister of Health.Liaison with global and regional PRA structure. Build links and relationships with global and regional PRA colleagues to align strategies.Develop an integrated information (clinical/economical) to cover national payor needs and support the pricing strategy to obtain the business results.Minimum RequirementsUniversity Degree in Life Science (Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry).Fluent in English (C1/Advanced). Spanish native.At least 5 years' experience in similar role or in position related to communicate Clinical and Economic value of medicinal products to external customers.Knowledge on clinical trials & pharmacoeconomic studies design and data interpretation.Deep understanding of legal and regulatory framework in the P&R area (national and European level).High level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and knowledge in Microsoft Access.SkillsStrategic thinking.Strong interpersonal & communication skills.Strong negotiations skill.Team worker. Cross-functional working.Strong project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects.Demonstrable track record of leadership without authority.Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges.Ability to manage own workload.Location: Madrid. Possibility of virtual job a maximum of 60%. Flexibility to travel (20%).
