Main ResponsibilitiesWe are a technology team of a fast-growing IoT Company and we now have the opportunity for a Global Product Owner in our Technology Hub in Madrid. This role works closely with business owners from discovery to implementation of products, driving Verisure Securitas Direct's strategic vision. Playing a key role as part of an agile development team in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery working in a fast-paced customer-focused IoT environment. Vision, road mapping, and prioritization will be a key part of daily work, meanwhile you really understand different product necessities, from business to technical.
You will interact with internal and external staff which demands continuous communication and teamwork. Relevant international display (Europe & South America) for the technical solution integration of the other countries, which are part of the group Securitas Direct. Work closely with Stakeholders and Scrum team to develop and prioritize product backlog. Work with Scrum Master to ensure requirements are managed in a manner that ensures agile best practices are maintained. Translate high-level business requirements/epics into user stories and work as part of agile development team to deliver new products collaborating with stakeholders. Help team defining acceptance criteria in every user story. Ensure quality and area WoW within his/her teams.
Required Qualifications:Computer Engineering / Bachelor's DegreeExperience in Process Design and Business Analysis.Advanced EnglishDefining requirements and creating user stories.Experience in working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities.Experience in stakeholder management.Experience in managing several teams.At least 7 years of provable experience in IT.Competencies:Organized, methodical and responsible.Initiative and ability to work in a team.Proactivity and autonomy.High communications and negotiation skills.Results and Customer oriented.Ability to deal with providers.Preferred QualificationsWill be a plus: Technical background. Experience in Digital Channels and Mobile Apps.
