.Position: EMEA Business Process Analyst My Workspace Job Description: About Us: Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group (16,500 employees spread across 58 countries, turnover + $29 billion), provides IT professionals (service companies, publishers, and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with offers of training and services, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software, and Cloud solutions.As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for an EMEA Business Process Analyst My Workspace. What You Will Be Doing at ARROW: An Arrow BPM is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing an organization's operations on a dedicated set of assignments. He/she identifies bottlenecks, streamlines workflows, and drives growth by translating complex business needs into efficient processes. He/she meticulously examines existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. He/she creates detailed process maps and redesigns workflows to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes. Successfully implementing process changes requires adept leadership. BPM oversees organizational change initiatives, helps to develop communication plans, provides guidance for training, and supports the Change Management team to address resistance to ensure smooth transitions. He/she establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracks process metrics to gauge the effectiveness of process improvements. BPM collects and analyzes data to identify trends, measure progress, and make data-driven decisions. BPM works closely with various departments to gather input from stakeholders and defines standardized metrics. This collaboration ensures that process improvements align with overall business goals. Who Are We Looking For? Good mixture between technical & soft skills is required: Process Mapping and Modeling: Proficiency in tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Microsoft Visio to visualize and design efficient processes. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data using tools like Power BI or Excel to identify trends and measure process performance. Lean and Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean management and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency. Configure Price Quote (CPQ) & Salesforce applications knowledge. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey process changes and collaborate with stakeholders in fluent English. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop innovative solutions. Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion
