Job Description: Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to provide administrative and general support in our Projects in Madrid (Spain). Responsibilities: Provide strong administrative support to Client project teams Prepare and manage project correspondence, reports and documents Formatting of project deliverables to a very high standard Organize and coordinate meetings including room and resource bookings / lunch arrangements Maintain schedules and calendars for project team/project manager Set up and maintain project filing systems Travel Coordination duties - booking flights, taxis, hotels and travel visa applications Undertake office management tasks to support the project task force work environment. Not to misuse any equipment and report any damaged equipment Report all injuries, incidents and near misses and to proactively support our behavioural based observation system Qualifications: Previous experience working in project team environment Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential Excellent organization and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and attention to detail Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Holding a valid Spanish work permit Spanish and English advanced command About Us: Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
