Job Description:Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to provide administrative and general support in our Projects in Madrid (Spain).Responsibilities:Provide strong administrative support to Client project teamsPrepare and manage project correspondence, reports and documentsFormatting of project deliverables to a very high standardOrganize and coordinate meetings including room and resource bookings / lunch arrangementsMaintain schedules and calendars for project team/project managerSet up and maintain project filing systemsTravel Coordination duties - booking flights, taxis, hotels and travel visa applicationsUndertake office management tasks to support the project task force work environment.Not to misuse any equipment and report any damaged equipmentReport all injuries, incidents and near misses and to proactively support our behavioural based observation systemQualifications:Previous experience working in project team environmentExcellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are essentialExcellent organization and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to detailPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHolding a valid Spanish work permitSpanish and English advanced commandAbout Us:Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
