POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES Transversal Activities: Managing the weekly Group Security Efficiency Meeting Ensuring 100% of monthly time tracking within Group Security Specific Responsibilities: Preparation of the meeting by gathering and checking all demands of expenses Animation of the committee Send global minutes and specific minutes to the owners of the demands Opening/Closing lines in Microsoft Project time sheets Checking that each person working within Group Security fills their time sheet properly to have accurate data Be responsible for the excel file called Project Form containing all projects data Check that project managers follow their projects in terms of deliverables, KPI, risk, budget Challenge project managers on the content of the data gathered in Project Forms QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: Project management officer Preparation, animation and writing minutes of committees Interaction with a large number of people Knowledge of project life cycle and key elements of project management Quality management: To ensure the projects are managed with the expected quality level of information #J-18808-Ljbffr
