We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Vector team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to generate actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing our data infrastructure. This role will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze ad performance data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate ad performance findings to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in ad engagement, user behavior, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, app monetization methods, and product features to optimize ad performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to understand ad tech data needs and deliver relevant insights.Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.Requirements: 2+ years of professional work experience in data analysis or a related role.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.Strong expertise in data visualization tools and programming languages (Python 3).Experience with big data technologies (e.g. PySpark).Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Barcelona. Work in the office for the first months, then we will be able to consider a hybrid format of work.Nice to Have: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.Experience in the ad-tech sector.Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
