.About this opportunity: We are now looking for a Technical Solution Sales Support to support the KAM organization with OSS/BSS products and solutions expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with the R&D organization. The activity will be passionate about Iberian customers based on specific business opportunities.You will:Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson's technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO organizations.Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers understanding their needs and requirements.Provide sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Customer.Support the delivery organization in relation with the solutions in scope.Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson's technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at regional organization (MELA) and Business Unit (BDGS).To be successful in the role you must have:Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or similar.Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent.Domain experience in OSS & BSS.Thorough knowledge of assigned area.Experience in customer interfacing and presales.Business Understanding.Presentation and Communication Skills.Teamwork and Collaboration.Additional Requirements: Due to the idiosyncrasies of Iberia customers, native Spanish is a must.What's in it for you?
