We are looking for a Finance Controls Officer and Manager of Environmental Reporting to join AXA Partners financial teams.
You are responsible for internal financial controls and environmental reporting and will report to the Manager of Group Accounting & Tax & Finance Controls.
Main Responsibilities: Internal Control Officer: Prepares group instructions on the implementation of first-level internal control relating to the finance family within AXA Assistance.
Represents the finance family and acts as the main contact for the Risk Management team.
Liaises with the Risk Management team to ensure alignment on Risk and Controls.
Defines controls in conjunction with local finance teams and internal controllers.Contributes to the correct implementation of controls in the Scala reporting tool.
Communicates to Finance teams IFC instructions received from AXA Group and Risk Management.
Designs and deploys initiatives to improve data quality on financial reporting.
Ensures the correct execution of IFC controls, especially the Scala update with associated evidence.Head of Environmental Reporting: Prepares group instructions on environmental reporting.
Leads, coordinates, and participates in the collection of information from various contacts (HR, Operations, Procurement, carbon footprint indicators).
Checks the quality and consistency of the data submitted, requests amendments when necessary before validating the data collection files on PROGRESS (tool used by the AXA Group for ESG reporting) and prepares the presentation for the CFO's sign-off.
Acts as the main interface between the Group Environmental Reporting team (PBRC and/or Sustainability), the local sustainability team, and the network of contributors (information sharing, 1st level support, etc.
).Coordinates group clearances.
Prepares regular environmental reports, focusing on the financial aspects of environmental initiatives.
Analyzes KPIs and justifies variations.
Reports all data in the group reporting tool (Magnitude).
Acts as AXA Partners' environmental reporting contact for the AXA Group.
Drafts all the data collection processes required for environmental reporting. Required Profile: Education and Key Experiences: Master's Degree in Accounting, Controlling or similar – mandatory.
Trained in Effective Process Excellence.
Knowledge of environmental issues and environmental reporting regulations.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent writing skills.
Experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage.
Fluent English is required.
