Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO/founder. This role is designed to streamline operations, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive company initiatives forward. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and liaison between the executive team and the broader organization. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are key for ensuring the CEO's priorities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisor: Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, refining business strategies and addressing high-priority initiatives. Assist in decision-making processes by providing data, analysis, and insights. Project Management: Oversee and manage key cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Solve bottlenecks and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and other teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. Represent the CEO in meetings and help drive alignment across teams. Operational Efficiency: Optimize the CEO's time and implement systems to improve organizational efficiency. Implement systems and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency. Executive Support: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and executing business priorities. Provide ad hoc support on critical matters, from business analysis to operational execution. Team Leadership: Partner with senior executives and department heads to ensure strategic alignment and drive leadership across teams. Mentor and lead special projects teams as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project management role, ideally in consulting, strategy, operations, or as an executive assistant to senior leadership. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Proficient in Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office.
