The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth.
We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build, and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability.
We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations, and consolidations.
As a part of the Omni journey within Expansion, we are looking for a passionate leader who will take the position of Regional Business Controller C&F SEU.
Job Description: On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Business Controller Construction & Facilities, you will be a key player in making this happen.
You are a part of the Regional Expansion team and work closely with the Regional Head of Expansion Controlling to set the controlling strategy for the region.
Together with the Construction & Facilities (C&F) team in the region, you set the C&F strategy, and together with the sales markets, you secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Together with Regional Head of C&F, you are responsible for setting and implementing the regional strategy for C&F. You are responsible for budgeting and follow-up of all C&F activities in the region. You support, motivate, and challenge the sales market controllers and C&F teams in the sales markets through our values, leadership expectations, and with a growth mindset. You ensure trend analysis, prognosis, and reporting. You carry out risk management and secure financial transparency on the highest level and that each team member is aware of its responsibilities and approval rights. You drive improvements and actions in processes, methods, and tools. You support all markets and brands within the region.

You are good at conceptualizing ideas and defining conclusions with supporting arguments.
You enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborate with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets.
You have a strong business mindset, communicate well, and you are comfortable in making decisions.
Besides your personality, we see that you have:
A degree in Business Administration or engineering. 3 years of relevant experience from working within controlling, preferably within the retail sector. Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to Senior Management and other stakeholders. Knowledge about common accounting principles. Advanced level in Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint. Flexibility to travel within the region on a frequent basis. Full professional proficiency (spoken and written) in English and another language from the region is a plus. Being part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path.
