The team drives service development, service industrialization and provides key competence in customer engagements. Join our team as a Service Delivery Line Manager to drive the development of the expert unit and execution of the NM service offering. Be part of shaping tomorrows systems integration and high value services to our customer in a position working close with our solution line, product owners, MAs and customers for the overall solution success by realizing customer solutions above and beyond Ericsson standard product SW capabilities. You will: Exercise your thought leadership by enabling the services transition towards a cloud native portfolio, developing a value based services portfolio, and innovating on services business.Drive the practice for the delivery of services in NM domain, including service creation, delivery models adherence, service delivery capacity forecasting, and industrialization and automation of services pre-sales and delivery.Drive competence and performance management within your own team and across service delivery organizations. Identify and develop new competence items in short and long term according to the product and services portfolio needs.
