BDGS SA OSS SD NM is leading the Network Management (NM) business and is set up to define and foster services business and support Market Area (MA) customer engagements & deliveries. The team drives service development, service industrialization and provides key competence in customer engagements. Join our team as a Service Delivery Line Manager to drive the development of the expert unit and execution of the NM service offering. Be part of shaping tomorrows systems integration and high value services to our customer in a position working close with our solution line, product owners, MAs and customers for the overall solution success by realizing customer solutions above and beyond Ericsson standard product SW capabilities. Within the team you would be given good developing possibilities in a diverse work environment within a multi skilled team with a close connection to both the global market as well as the development organizations. You will: Exercise your thought leadership by enabling the services transition towards a cloud native portfolio, developing a value based services portfolio, and innovating on services business.Drive the practice for the delivery of services in NM domain, including service creation, delivery models adherence, service delivery capacity forecasting, and industrialization and automation of services pre-sales and delivery.Drive competence and performance management within your own team and across service delivery organizations. Identify and develop new competence items in short and long term according to the product and services portfolio needs. Additionally tracking of live node activities, driving accountability on critical projects, managing service delivery escalations, and services security and trade compliance adherence.Conduct resource management tasks, incl. recruiting, onboarding & coaching, resource dimensioning and planning, and work to fulfill people strategies within the unit.Support the definition of short and long term vision, objectives, key initiatives, in close cooperation with peer managers and stakeholders in SD and SL.Manage department financials and logistics, as well as goals and assignments for team members to fulfill our KPIs.Cooperate with SL, PDU, SDUs and MAs to secure service readiness in line with the product portfolio evolution. Drive product serviceability requirements towards SL and PDUs.Core professional experience & other qualifiers:Confirmed, in depth, understanding of service delivery priorities, strategy and way of working including understanding of product and services design practice and its impact on service delivery.Collaborative, team-player with ability to work across organizations and domains, in teams, across geographies and cultures. Ability to build effective relationships and excellent social, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
