Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products in less than 45 mins.As an Account Manager's Team Lead, you will be responsible for:Being the main contact for Glovo's top partners in the food category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.Building, maintaining, and growing relationships with C-level contacts from the most valued QSR companies.Being in charge of contract renegotiations, achieving the best deal for both parties, focusing on Glovo's profitability and growth.Managing a team of 5-8 Account Managers, being responsible for their performance and professional development.Analyzing data to find opportunities to improve Glovo's profitability, partner's growth, and experience.Creating scalable top-notch processes to manage big partners and being the reference for Glovo's less mature countries.Being the main point of contact and reference for other departments when it comes to Partner management.Getting exposure and responsibility within the Company on Local, Regional, and Global levels.Diving deep into Glovo's operations to anticipate and flag possible impacts on the partner's side.Evaluating, following up, and building reports to the team to analyze KPIs periodically and help them take actions to reach team's and company's goals and OKRs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
