Responsibilities of the Trader Assistant - Galicia:Be part of a well-experienced team, with a versatile mindset & full alignment with the Sales Department.Standardize all plants' requirements for loading for the 3 plants and create a database of the customer logistic requirements.Negotiate freight costs to customers in coordination with the Sales Manager, ensuring a minimum of 3 competitive offers for our customer portfolio.Centralize all call-offs/complaints from the 3 plants (Barcelona / Cartagena / Bilbao) and work efficiently on a central basis.Accommodate call-offs per plant according to the refineries' planning.Forecast monthly needs aligned with refinery utilization and sales program forecast.Manage customer pricing & contracts, ensuring accountability for contract execution and monitoring backlogs and financing charges.Follow up on receivables to track the performance of our Working Capital and implement financial tools to improve our KPIs (ROIG).Maintain a positive attitude towards continuous improvement and learning.Be knowledgeable of current systems to automate flows and obtain the best information from the existing ERP (SAP).Ideal Candidate Skills:5 years of working experience.University degree in business or a related field.Skilled in decision-making & negotiation.Fluent in Spanish & English; other languages (French & Catalan) are a plus.Customer-focused, teamwork-oriented, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, independent, with the ability to make decisions & influence others.At Bunge, people don't just come here to work; they come here to grow, solving challenges that directly impact the world with a diverse team of thinkers and doers.
