By analyzing interaction and engagement data through our multiple touch points, we will build predictive models to more promptly identify higher quality leads that can be shared with sales. Through this investigation and analysis, we will also identify the most successful user experiences, which we will then replicate and amplify with personalized marketing automation journeys. We will test hypotheses, predictive models and automated user experiences via direct end-user surveys and callouts.And analyze performance data to validate and tune the models and maximize impact and results.Role & Responsibilities:Gather interaction data from all available touch points to build statistical models that replicate the most typical end to end user experiences both at contacts and accounts levels. From awareness, to consideration, selection and purchase.Interview internal/external contacts to validate assumptions and models across the end to end experience
