WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager based in our Barcelona Office at Hospitalet de Llobregat.
An ambitious and enthusiastic full-time individual to join our global team and help us increase market share and brand reputation, improve consumer experience, and drive company growth within all markets.
Reporting to the Global Senior Brand Manager (Fame & Content), you will join a multicultural team to work on our leading portfolio Brand.
Within this team, your position has an extremely important value when it comes to making Ultima a famous brand in pet parenting by creating engaging and relevant content in a digital environment through which Ultima truly connects with its audience.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Define and execute the global brand strategy for Ultima by co-piloting our digital transformation and leading our branded content activities and CRM.
- Oversee and develop a top-notch social media strategy, leverage social across platforms, and integrate social media into omnichannel marketing strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
).
- Work shoulder to shoulder with our key markets (Spain, France, and Italy) to help them develop and execute their annual plans.
- Create engaging content from a creative and innovative perspective.
In addition, translate it into useful Monthly Editorials Calendars.
- Measure weekly performance & create detailed reports.
- Manage relationships with an in-house team and external agencies/partners and ensure the right delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with different teams (Digital Agency, PR, Content, Media, etc.)
to raise awareness and create excitement for our branded content.
- Create informative content to help educate our partners on the new digital strategy.
- Ensure campaign standards, deadlines, and goals are being fulfilled.
- Brief asset creation & adaptations for digital campaigns (mainly focused on Social Media) ensuring they meet platform specs and are results-oriented.
- Translate the brand vision and strategy into clear, compelling, and consumer-friendly messaging that inspires and connects with our target.
- Maintain the brand tone of voice across multiple channels, ensuring consistent storytelling.
- Act as an ambassador for the Brand.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF
- +5 years of proven experience in a hands-on Digital Marketing Department (experience focused on Social Media Strategy is a plus).
- A passion for and advanced knowledge about social media trends is a must, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
- Talent to adapt to a fast-growing and quickly changing environment; therefore, a solution-minded, innovative, proactive, and creative mindset is essential.
- Strategic thinking and critical vision; always determined to achieve Ultima's brand standards.
- Good organizational skills.
Experience of working and delivering multiple projects under the "Agile" methodology.
- Comfortable and confident in presenting/visualizing your concepts to different stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to and translate feedback from one department to another.
- Team-management skills.
A team-oriented, positive, and good sense of responsibility and ability to guide/give direction.
