We're searching for a skilled designer that knows how to take ownership of tasks and embraces uncertainty with seniority.
We're a small group of two designers and we're searching for the third one who is more of a jack of all trades and can focus on the bigger picture, not just experts in only one field.What You'll Do:Design new and existing product features with a lean mentality to quickly test and iterate.Design financial 'Jobs to be Done' for business owners, accountants, and all employee members to improve their financial operations.Integrate into our working process as a Product Designer for desktop and mobile (Web app, iOS, and Android).Conceptualize with the product team and create and improve every process till the final designs are ready for implementation.User Research: Develop qualitative and quantitative tests to improve our knowledge of user behaviors and scoping of new features.Excellent communication skills to co-create during the whole design process.Coordinate, structure and improve our design system to create a working process that is agile and purpose-effective, promoting it through the product team and to the entire organization.Present new features to colleagues and users.Improve and optimize design operations.Negotiate and prepare the final handover for the tech team.Develop brand & company designs.Conduct software quality assurance tests.Understand, set, and follow-up on product metrics.Overdeliver mentality on quality standards.Learn together with the team.What We Love About You:3+ years of experience in product design (Web, iOS, and Android).
Startup experience is preferred over years of experience.Fluent in Arabic and English.Experience with Figma, Notion, Jira, and Adobe.Experience in prototyping and conducting user interviews, both qualitative and quantitative.Great taste for UI design.#J-18808-Ljbffr
