Your mission Reporting to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all matters related to labour relations and payroll, and HR administrative processes.
This includes negotiating with the workers' committees of production plants and workplaces, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of working conditions.
This role is also accountable for data management and data analytics for the HR area.Role & Responsibilities:Manage the payroll team to ensure an efficient and accurate payroll process complying with internal policies and government regulations, closely collaborating with the external payroll provider.Implement and improve robust internal processes and controls with the aim of minimizing risks and ensuring the impeccable integrity of payroll data, thereby consolidating trust in internal processes.Develop and maintain a comprehensive labour relations strategy that promotes collaboration and effective communication between management, employees, and the Employee Representatives (RLT).Maintain a close relationship with the unions or worker organisations to negotiate fair and beneficial labour agreements, collective contracts, and labour clauses, for both employees and the company.Facilitate the effective resolution of labour disputes through negotiation and mediation when necessary, always maintaining a focus on conciliation and mutual understanding and proactively identifying and addressing issues and challenges.Provide advice and guidance to management and line managers on matters related to labour relations, including conflict resolution and strategic decision-making.Participate in the investigation and resolution of issues related to workplace harassment, discrimination, and other employee complaints.Work closely with the human resources team at production centers.Responsible for the HR data management and analytics to ensure robust data sources and providing insights to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic planning and data-driven decisions.Lead the team and ensure constant development and upskilling of key team functions.Why Ferrer?Make a positive impact in society.Participate in volunteering activities.Grow in a culture of trust, responsibility, and constructive feedback.Enjoy a flexible working model & collaborative office experience to enable innovation and teamwork.Make a real difference to the team and to yourself.Take advantage of opportunities for development & learning.Discover a range of benefits to support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.Customize your remuneration and benefits.RequirementsWhat you'll need to succeed: You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism.
