(F209) - Director, Business Planning & Operations Barcelona, Catalonia (F209) - Director, Business Planning & Operations Barcelona Barcelona, Catalonia, ES The Director Business Planning and Operations (BPO)** supports TA aligned Clinical Operations function with business planning, operations and communications & engagement activities to enable clinical operations leaders to be effective in their job on a day-to-day basis. This includes supporting the business cycle - budget, reward and recognition, reporting, and risk; business strategy and scorecard tracking and reporting; and leading resource and capacity management process.
