What You'll Do: Be the go-to person for our existing B2B customers, providing top-notch support by addressing incoming leads and requests.Manage, organize, and prioritize customer communications across various channels, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their journey.Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value for both our clients and our business, contributing to our shared success.Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Support, IT, Development) to ensure timely and smooth product delivery that aligns with customers' expectations.Prepare and present insightful sales reports that help drive strategic decisions.What You Bring to the Table: Exceptional listening skills and adaptability, allowing you to truly understand and respond to customer needs.Strong time management and organizational abilities, helping you thrive in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to delivering excellence for our customers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make it easy for you to connect with clients and colleagues.A knack for multitasking and juggling priorities with ease.Comfort with learning new CRMs, ticketing systems, or any internal tools that will help you work efficiently and effectively.Location: Madrid – On Site
