How will you make an impact? You will be an Ambassador of the Maison and an active member of our Serrano boutique team. You will advise clients and respond to their requests while meeting excellence service standards. You will ensure a unique and exceptional client experience. Transmit the passion and values of the Maison. You will comply with the high standards of Cartier Sales & Service, while respecting rules, processes, and policies of the Maison. You will implement the Customer Service action plan provided by Retail Management. How will you experience success with us? You understand client's requests and find proper solutions to satisfy their needs. You explain, in client-friendly wording, technical explanations of service, and are comfortable working through client objections to mandatory vs. optional services. You have strong knowledge of Cartier creations, solutions, and service policies. You maintain a solid relationship with the CS manager in the Cartier office. You master the repair flow: clients and creation data registration, estimates communication and approval, follow up, billing, stock process, and money collection. You ensure proper client data capturing, enhancing customer satisfaction by informing the clients, minimizing delay, and reducing complaints. What do we offer?
