Experience in Supply Chain / Transportation or a related environment for an international company.People management experience with strong leadership skills, including experience in managing people and building teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A strong data manipulation background with daily experience in working with numbers and analyzing large data sets.The ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results on large, cross-functional international milestone projects.Familiarity with supply chain management and transportation concepts, including forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, delivery performance, carrier negotiation, inventory management, and S&OP.Experience with SQL and data-driven decision-making skills.A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills.Start-up or P&L management experience.Experience communicating and leading proposals at the executive level.The ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.A demonstrable, successful history of defining strategy and executional excellence.
