WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Digital Channel Development Manager, you will be in the Digital Strategy Team, responsible for leading a team of developers in the private banking industry.
You will collaborate with business and other areas to understand client requirements and expectations, manage, and optimize the development process and ensure, in coordination with other IT&Ops areas, the successful delivery of high-quality and secure software solutions.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills to oversee the integration and optimization of digital systems, and excellent relationship management with the team, client, and external providers.
Key Responsibilities: Software Development Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to coding standards and tools.
Review and assess software design and architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and efficiency.
Collaborate with the development team in the development, testing, deployment, and support of the software applications.
Carrying out and coordinating security and compliance audits, together with internal and external partners.Team Leadership and Management:
Lead a team of software developers and consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Lead cross-functional teams that are part of the overall development team: business analyst, UX expert, Architecture lead, BackEnd lead, and Operations.
Assign and prioritize tasks and set clear objectives for the development team.
