Tasks: For a customer based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Contact Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English.You will answer questions from the company's customers, which relate to changes in customer data, network or services, inquiries about subscriptions and/or services, invoices and payments, or questions about appliances.The agents are also responsible for cross- and upselling the various services/products of the customer. Requirements: You are service and result-oriented.You have technical insight.You have numerical insight to read and explain invoices.You can work and problem-solve independently with good analytical thinking.You have the ability to empathize with your customer.You are a good listener and have strong communication skills.You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.You are hospitable, customer-friendly, and helpful.Flexibility and empathy are very important.You are looking for a challenging long-term position.
