Within the two new multiplayer franchises' development teams, you will serve as a build engineer. One of your responsibilities as a build engineer will be to maintain the studio's production processes as stable and forward-looking as possible. In order to deliver our products on schedule and to a high standard, you will make sure the development and QA teams have access to the finest game building techniques. You will also be in charge of making sure build jobs function as needed. Working on several products with the studio's various development teams to make sure their needs and specifications are satisfied for building and delivering is part of this function.
YOUR PARTICIPATION:Workflows and processes for the production and deployment of products across a variety of app stores (Steam, Microsoft, PlayStation, etc.) and hardware platforms should be coordinated and managed.Create scripts and tools to enhance and automate developer and deployment procedures.Build, deploy, and ship our products in close cooperation with all product and engineering teams across the studio.Carry out and keep track of routine software builds for our products.Errors and failures in the build and deployment configuration should be investigated and fixed.Enhance and maintain automation tools, services, and build and test systems for both old and new platforms.Ensure that all production-ready versions of our goods are accurate and reliable.Manage the processes and strategies for integration, branching, and related technologies.Update the engineering and production teams often on the situation.Create new procedures, then document them.REQUIREMENTS:A professional background in a build and release engineering capacity is required.Really good scripting language skills (including Python, JavaScript, etc.).Extensive knowledge of source control tools like Git.Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.Knowledge of software development environments and toolkits like Visual Studio and Rider.Strong C++ skills are a plus.Problem-solver who is highly motivated, independent, proactive, and methodical.Outstanding communication abilities.WORK WITH A TEAM OF EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS IN THE VIDEO GAMES SECTORWHAT THEY OFFER?Be a part of a business with a great culture and team spirit.Good setting for learning and development.Attractive compensation based on job history.Flextime with regular core hours.Working from home.
