Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, NPI Manufacturing Engineering is a critical leadership position leading all aspects of the day-to-day manufacturing engineering operations.
The position responsibilities will ensure the manufacturing line operates reliably, efficiently and with a quality mentality.
This great opportunity will be instrumental in the continued development of processes and ability for multiple DFX efforts and further automation.
Driving the internal processes with a focus on continuous improvement will be another critical aspect of this role.
QualificationsEducation:
A Bachelor's Degree is required (preferably in Engineering or a technical field) or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
A minimum of 4 years of people management with an organization.
Experience and Skills: Validated manufacturing operations experience.Experience in the development and introduction of new products including quality and regulatory implications for the supply chain design.Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes, such as machining, plastics, electromechanical.Excellent quantitative process development skills.Understanding of design for manufacturing, design to value, design for lean sigma.Experience in organizational design and accelerating talent through people development.Comfortable navigating to deliver results in a global matrix organization.Preferred:
Advanced degree in an Engineering or a Business-related field or equivalent.
MedTech, Product or Process Engineering or Manufacturing Operations experience for complex electro-mechanical products.
Other:
This position may require 10% travel (domestic and international).
This position requires 1st shift availability; ~6 am – 2 pm.
This position requires onsite presence the majority of the time.
