We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.We are looking for an Extractable and Leachable Scientist to join the Development Department within the Scientific Innovation Office Division at Instituto Grifols SA., a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma.In charge of projects within Chromatographic Development Projects, the main mission will be to initiate and carry out the assigned projects within the designated timelines in coordination with their responsible parties, as well as to ensure that all tasks are performed according to internal procedures and GMP regulations.What your responsibilities will beYou will manage extractables and leachables studies, conduct risk assessments, and perform nitrosamine evaluations.You will manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facilities related to chromatographic methods.You will provide chromatographic support (both technical and documentation), develop analytical methods, and handle related software.You will review analytical results and/or processes related to the projects.You will guide assistants on specific technical work aspects.You will ensure that procedures are appropriate.You will review procedures, protocols and validations, accepting responsibility for them.You will review technical documentation.You will be responsible for recording the primary data of studies that pertain to you.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
