The successful candidate will support the Team in the correct schedule publication in all relevant platforms and to all relevant stakeholders.
The role is also supporting the Team in the planning of Flight Program from design to delivery in coordination with all the relevant Company's areas.Responsibilities:Main focal point for updating airline scheduling in the sales system, including management of schedule changes and codeshare partnership with OAL.Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules in the schedule distribution platform Navitaire including passenger re-accommodation management.Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules to GDS and other internal and external stakeholders.Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in the management of schedule exchanges and updates with codeshare partners.Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in producing optimizing and maintaining Flight Program in coordination with the Company's relevant business areas, for which she/he will have to apply constraints and limitations related to operations, commercial, slots, traffic rights, etc, to meet the operational and commercial targets of the Company.Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in developing metrics, follow ups, presentations, automations and reporting.We are looking for:A team playerWith very good analytical and communication skillsCapable of working under pressure and with tight deadlinesProblem solving orientedAdaptable to changesRequirements:University degree in engineering, economics or similarHigh level of EnglishAdvanced user of Office package (specifically Excel and Power Point)Experience in airline related positions and particularly in Network / Slots / Scheduling is a plusComputer programming skills is a plus, not a mustKnowledge of Scheduling and Flight Distribution Systems, i.E., Netline, Sabre, AIMS, Navitaire, Amadeus,… also a plus, not a mustBeneficios:Contrato laboral indefinido y estabilidad desde el primer día.Todo nuestro apoyo para tu desarrollo personal/profesional.Jornada laboral híbrida.
